We ordered something for drink and 2 pizzas. After almost 30 minutes table next to us getting their pizza although they came at least 10 minutes after us. Next minute another pizza is served to girls who are literally just arrived 5 minutes earlier. We are calling our waiter to see what is the problem to wait for 2 pizzas 30 minutes in the empty caffe. He was just show us something with his hand.
Then after we didn't understood what he was telling us he came to our table to tell us that pizzas would came for 2 minutes, because allegedly in the kitchen they forget our order.
Of course kitchen didn't forget anything, it was mistake of that waiter who forget to tell them our order. He was waiting and looking and serving that oder orders around us in the almost empty caffe without any thoughts that maybe he should check what is with our order. Only after we call him he tried to justified his mistakes with lies blaming his colleagues for everything.
Just looked at us with nothing else to say. Immature, unprofessional and very rude service. I wouldn't recommended this place to anyone. Postovana Veoma nam je zao sto ste dozivjeli neprijatno iskustvo u nasem objektu i svakako cemo nastojati ispraviti sve ovo sto ste naveli u komentaru.
Takodje misli da Vasa ocijena nije fer jer ste na osnovu jednog konobara dali uzasnu ocijenu o citavom objektu. Molim Vas da jos jednom primite nase izvinjenje i da prevaspitate vasu ocijenu i komentar. Very nice place in Zenica! Pizzas are very good, all food and perfect ambient to go with friends or family. You must go if you are in Zenica. Cooltura is one of my favorite places to visit in Zenica. The interior is super cosy and nice, but the thing that makes this caffe restaurant a place to be is most definitley the food.
