We were supposed to meet some friends here since it was convenient to both ships. What a mistake!!! It's located directly off the pier, and no one seems to care about drinking age, or anything else, for that matter. Drinking is encouraged, seemingly with total disregard to being of legal age, and the skimpier the outfits, the better they like it. We saw several groups actively acting out sexual acts, several pole dancing, with most outfits covering nothing. The noise music??
People were crammed in so tightly it was virtually impossible to go from one end to the other, as a result, no one was even remotely interested in checking ID's; numerous teens were observed who were obviously not of legal drinking age. We would never even consider returning, nor would encourage anyone else to go there.
Decided to stop here before we head on the the boat. Be careful and check your receipt. Our family came to Cozumel to visit us. They wanted to try Fat Tuesday which we have never been to either.
We sat down and ordered some drinks. Before the drinks even came we looked at their prices and almost fell over! So expensive, exchange rate was awful We had a great lunch here after our excursion.
Tacos were soooo delicious. Chips and salsa and guacamole were yummy! Drinks were good.. Music was a little too loud for lunch time. But still a great place with friendly staff!
