Staff were lovely and so polite, Great place to stay and good stay for your money! Would definitly return. It was clean and a nice location. We were only staying overnight. With an early start the next morning.
The only negative was that there was no hot water in the morning, so we could not shower. Soiled bedsheets, leaking roof in our room and the hotel did not even give us a better room nor gave us any discount. Now water or tea coffee supplies, extremely bad breakfast with hardly anything in the buffet. My room was big because it was the king suite , and staff were nice. Breakfest and dinner were just aweful , not even nice , just terrible , i had just boiled eggs in the morning and i gave up on the dinner eventhough i paid for it.
The bathroom was a bit of a mess. When taking a shower the floor tile leaked into the bathroom and continued to leak into the bedroom. Don't think it would take a lot of sealant to solve a problem that, left unchecked could cost a great deal. The cleaning staff are great. The spa is good and I had a great massage.
It's not the best location. My fault for not checking properly. The Breakfast was very poor. The same thing every day. Sloppy fried eggs. Rock hard boiled eggs. And the toaster broke after 3 days. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. The pool is a waste of time. It now has a seating area over it. So what sun it used to get. It doesn't anymore. I had the king suit which is big but looking dated now and there are cigarette burns all over the room. The property itself is very cute and the staff are amazingly accommodating.
The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The pool did not look very clean upon close inspection and regularly had insects swimming in there, putting us off getting in there. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge available 24 hours , and free valet parking is available onsite.
